Proposal to have SDL_sound under SDL-team umbrella

Hmm, so you would really prefer that other people took care of the
package, and you're not interested in joining SDL-team for other
packages SDL either, right?

In that case we can just adopt it.  Is there any official procedure to
do that (setting RFAs etc), or do we do that without the bureaucracy?
