New upstream versions of sdl-mixer, sdl-net and sdl-image

The pristine-tar branches of all the projects appear as updated in the
git-web interface, even if they don't appear in the "commits/changes"
area.

And yes, only sdl-image1.2 is necessary, I've uploaded the other two
and they were accepted.  Thanks in advance.
