Could you please remove src:libsdl-sound1.2 ?

It's been replaced by src:sdl-sound1.2 -- maintainance taken over by
SDL team, and renamed to match the rest of SDL modules, as noted in
the changelog:

The new package builds the same binary package with same upstream
versions and so on, so I don't think that it will cause rev-depends
