Please review and upload libsdl-console 2.1-1

Hello,

I'm reasonably happy with the state of the package, please review and
upload.  It contains a new upstream released ~6/7 years ago and kind
of dead since, but closes a "please package new version" kind of bug
from 2003...

If you can find a nice way to handle the hack in debian/rules about
libtool, it will be much appreciated.

Be careful to disable the fix, though... when disabled in my machine,
it creates process like crazy until it reaches 10K+ processes after a
few seconds, and then it crashes.  Sometimes it brings the X session
down or other nasty lack-of-resources side-effects in running programs
:-(
