What about the removed dependencies?

I did that with sdl-sound1.2, because of the low amount of packages
depending on it, and because of it having FTBFS and thus requiring
immediate attention.

Some of those packages already FTBFS because of the same problem as
sdl-sound1.2: gcc being switched to GCC-4.7 and causing small
problems.  So I guess that if the maintainers are going to fix those,
they can fix the changes introduced by sdl-sound1.2 as well.

So I'm uploading a new revision now with its Build-Deps removed (which
Felix changed in the repository a while ago).

More info will follow on sdl-image.12, mixer and SDL as soon as I can
mass-rebuild the packages.
