libsdl2 repository

   Now that SDL 1.3 is officially SDL 2.0 upstream, I renamed our
libsdl-1.3 Git repository to libsdl2. The new repository is therefore:

     git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-sdl/packages/libsdl2.git

   I created a symlink so that if you pull from a libsdl-1.3.git repo
you still get the updates.

   This version can now be installed together with libsdl1.2, so I
removed almost all Conflicts. I also fixed all reported bugs and did
a new upload to experimental. I hope I didn't break anything.
