Bug#714482: [libsdl2-2.0-0] Programs fail under weston

I just uploaded 2.0.1, but I thought that this was too large to
incorporate as a patch on our side for the time being -- specially
because of possible incompatibilities in some parts of the rest of the
code between the release of 2.0.1 and that patch.

So I guess that this will be present in 2.0.2 then, in our next upload
with new upstream code, unless upstream somehow disable this.

Nevertheless, if somebody pings this bug by the time that a new
release containing this is ready it would be great, to make sure that
we enable support for it.

>From what I can see in the patch, it will not need new binary packages
or anything fancy, only build-depending on the appropriate -dev
packages and making sure that support for it is enabled when
configuring/compiling.
