libsdl2-image_2.0.0~rc1-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hi,

there are precompiled binaries without source in VisualC/external/lib/* and
Xcode/Frameworks/webp.framework/*. The copyright information for webp is
missing as well.

As these are only useful for Windows and Mac OS X systems, it might be easiest
to just drop VisualC* and Xcode* directories.
