Was working in the past since the recent release of 2.0 until now, I
don't know what it fails now but worked before.

Seems to be missing a -I for the compiler when building, which in turn
it's probably missing from ./configure.  Explained with a bit of more
detail in the upstream bug report that I just forwarded, and in the
related bug pointed in the original bug report.
