Bug#750131: SDL2_gfx: patch for pkg-config support

Hi Andreas,

Here's a patch to add pkg-config support in SDL2_gfx, that is add a
SDL2_gfx.pc on install.  It's mostly a merge being the old one in
SDL_gfx and the new ones in SDL_Mixer & cie.

It is useful for people who use PKG_CHECK_MODULES in their autoconf.
Would you consider including it in SDL2_gfx?

I'm submitting it to Debian too.
