We can do this to solve our immediate problem, but I guess that it
affects upstream as Ryan said, so maybe it's better to just change the
implementation.

BTW this affects src:libsdl1.2 because the file has been there since
forever, so I cloned the bug report [1] [2].  Since v1.2 is not being
updated anymore, we will have to repack that one.

(If it's the special-qsort implementation the one in violation because
of getting code from GNU libc in the first place, then the license
restrictions are invalid anyway, but...).
