The road to SDL2 2.0.7

Hi again,

I have just uploaded 2.0.7 with as few changes to the current packaging
practice as possible. Next one in line is SDL-mixer 2.0.2.

One of the new features in this release is a new MP3 decoding plugin
based on libmpeg123 instead of the GPLed (!) libmad. Any objections in
switching the MP3 backend for the next revision?
