Welcome Fabian Greffrath

Fabian Greffrath (fabian at debian.org) asked a few days ago to join the SDL team.

I accepted him, with admin permissions (most of us are, including many
people not active in at least 5 years).

He already went ahead to his first commits to libsdl2-mixer.

So, this email is to say welcome to Fabian, and to inform the rest of
you in the case that you haven't received the notifications from
Alioth about him joining.
