Bug#923407: libsdl2-ttf-2.0-0: SDL2_ttf 2.0.15 changes font aspect and metrics

Hi,

Upgrading to SDL2_ttf 2.0.15 significantly changes the font aspect and
metrics.
This notably impacts the freedink-engine package which has strong font
rendering compatibility requirements.

Attached is a test and its results with 2.0.14 and 2.0.15 for comparison
(BMP and metrics).

In particular vgasys.fon renders differently and larger, and that the
height of the text surface goes from 19 to 18 in both vgasys.fon and
LiberationSans-Regular.ttf.
