Bug#909740: libsdl2-dev: No longer multi-arch co-installable

Hi Felix,

Apologies for the long delay in responding. My old i9 720 computer
died a while ago and it has taken some time to get back up and running
on a new system.

Yes. I built 15 randomly selected reverse build dependencies of
libsdl2-dev. I had no problems with any of the builds.
