Bug#975989: libsdl2: Enable HIDAPI joystick drivers

SDL 2.0.12 added support for low level joystick drivers, that allows to use the
"Official GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U" without external drivers for
example.
Just pass --enable-hidapi to configure and add relative dependencies to the
package.
