Bug#987692: smpeg-plaympeg has mailcap entries with quoted %-escapes

Dear Maintainer,
the smpeg-plaympeg package has mailcap entries with quoted %-escapes. That is considered unsafe. Proper escaping should be left to the programs using the entry.
