Bug#998195: libsdl2-gfx-dev: Please ship SDL2_gfxPrimitives_font.h

Dear Maintainer,

Upstream’s Makefile.am doesn’t specify that SDL2_gfxPrimitives_font.h,
but there are other projects which rely on it; it would be great if it
could be installed alongside the other header files in the packge.
