libsdl-console is an extension for the SDL 1.2 library, which was
superseded by SDL 2 slightly less than a decade ago. Nothing in Debian
depends on it, and it was most recently uploaded in 2018.

I think it's time to remove this. If a future maintainer wants to recover
it, they can easily fetch the version from Salsa or bookworm.
