sdl-image1.2 is an extension for SDL 1.2, and both are unmaintained
upstream.

The replacement for sdl-image1.2 is libsdl2-image, which is an extension
for SDL 2. If a package uses sdl-image1.2, it should be converted to
libsdl2-image as part of porting it from SDL 1.2 to SDL 2.
