Bug#1096138: libsdl2-dev: audio capture with pulseaudio do not work

Thank you very much.  The only use case I am aware of is whisper.cpp,
where the problem has been reported over several years, but the origin
seem to have been missed until last year.  I do not really know much
about SDL, so no idea what API clients exist, no idea if audio capture
is a often used feature. :)
