Now that src:sdl2-compat has taken over the libsdl2-2.0-0 and 
libsdl2-dev packages (#1130484), several of its binary packages have 
become deprecated transitional packages.

Please move libsdl2-compat, libsdl2-compat-dev and libsdl2-compat-shim 
from libs/libdevel to oldlibs to reflect this.

libsdl2-2.0-0, libsdl2-dev and libsdl2-compat-tests should stay where
they are (libs, libdevel and misc respectively).
