I admit I don't install recommends by default :)

I put the binary back to the right package, together with the manpage,
there is a lintian complain about a missing python dependency, but this
is a false positive because the python3-binwalk has already python3:any, and 

it is a dependency of binwalk.

New package on new queue :)
