dsniff package maintainance

Hello William

Some time before you kindly donate arp-scan to our packaging team. Now, 
i noticed that the dsniff package that is recommended by one that i 
maintain (websploit) is a candidate to autoremove due do FTBS with new 
openssl 1.1.0.

There is a patch in the BTS that i tested (not much) and seem to works. 
I would be glad to apply it and give a longuer life to dsniff.

The package would be maintained under pkg-security team that you are, 
obviously, welcome to join and co-maintain with me.
