How many Alioth accounts do you have?

The account that has been added to pkg-security is pranithk-guest and
not pranith-guest.

hertzog at moszumanska:~$ id pranith-guest
uid=245889(pranith-guest) gid=245889(pranith-guest) groupes=245889(pranith-guest),40895(apt-build),80895(scm_apt-build)
hertzog at moszumanska:~$ id pranithk-guest
uid=392313(pranithk-guest) gid=392313(pranithk-guest) groupes=392313(pranithk-guest),111003(pkg-security),151003(scm_pkg-security),150859(scm_sepwatch)

So use the pranithk-guest and you should be good.
