[wcc] closed bugs 873783 and 873821

Hi all !

I've updated wcc to correct bugs 873783 and 873821. Due to a specific
arch-dependent ldscript in wsh, wcc is amd64-specific.

I've updated the sources to support kfreebsd & hurd based Debian.

wcc now use libopenlibm instead of its own.
