Hi,

thanks for your answer.  Maybe I will also switch to `gbp dch`; my aim
was to keep the changelog more useful (less cluttered with stuff that's
really not interesting) and thus write it by hand (often with a bit
different level of detail compared to the commit message).
Non-interesting stuff still has an explanation in the git commit
messages (which can be longer and explain stuff properly).

I agree that an e-mail change is worth mentioning.
