Package: wifite
Version: 2.0.87+git20170515.918a499-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

wifite doesn't run without ifconfig from net-tools package, but wifite haven't dependency on net-tools package.

>From command line, when type: wifite, following erros messages appears.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/wifite", line 3462, in <module>
    engine.Start()
  File "/usr/bin/wifite", line 1313, in Start

  File "/usr/bin/wifite", line 1864, in get_mac_address
    proc = Popen(['ifconfig', iface], stdout=PIPE, stderr=DN)

    errread, errwrite)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/subprocess.py", line 1047, in _execute_child
    raise child_exception
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

When I install net-tools package the problem was solved.

So, from current code wifite depends on ifconfig from net-tools but "d/control" file doesn't include it.

Thanks.
