GLeydson, could you check if you can still reproduce that bug?

On a sarge machine, using the comman line you mention:

root@cc-mykerinos:~# passwd -x 10 -w 9 -i tintin
Usage=A0: passwd [-f|-s] [nom]
       passwd [-x max] [-n min] [-w avert] [-i inact] nom
       passwd {-l|-u|-d|-S|-e} nom


-i without argument is invalid.....

So, we cannot really reproduce this bug. Given its age, we will close
it soon in case it cannot be reproduced.
