- su: fixed adding of pam_env env variables to enviroment

This was fixed ~half year ago in shadow.
So this now fixed in shadow but not in patched shadow 4.0.3 still used in=
=20
Debian :)
In Debian now I don't see any importand reasons for use 4.0.7 :_)
