One think importand on prepare de passwd(1).

Nicolas point me old patch for passwd(1) (Debian bug #160477).
I'm commit this but after this I'm again look at paragraph with -S=20
description and slightly modify this text to another version. Below is
diff between revision 1.23 and not jet commited fix in my working=20
directory so it cumulates #160477 and my modifications.

IMO is slyghtly better but will be good if someone will look on this=20
before commit (my english is so good :)
