This is very likely to be something that leaked out from my system
when I created the contents of the CVS repository.

This probably came when I was working to check whether the
debian/patches/* are enough to reproduce the changes from the diff.gz
files in 4.0.3-31 and previous releases.

I may have done a "cvs add *" at some moment and the file went
there. Doing a diff between it and the 008 file (before Nicolas
changed it) coul dbe a good thing to do, just to see whether keeping
it is relevant.
