OK, I finally uploaded the thing a bit earlier than scheduled. This is
mostly because I plan to have few time today for that and I really
don't want to miss sarge deadlines.

Yesterday evening, during my travel back home (my usual Debian work
time-->2x1h30 travel home<->work, using the wonderful Paris public
transportation system.....), I made my best to sync both branches with
the changes I introduced in 4.0.3-31sarge3:

-the sarge branch should be in sync with what we have in the
 archive. I would appreciate if someone checks that with new eyes

-the sid branch had some changes to reflect this:

 -debian/patches:

  -122_pt.dpatch changed with the new Portuguese translation

  -200_de-manpages-passwd.1.dpatch added for the change of German
   passwd.1 page
   Maybe not a good idea as this has been applied upstream and thus
   should be a 3xx patch
   I will probably remove it and add a 3xx patch for it

  -200_de-manpages-2.dpatch changed to reflect the change to German
   chsh.1. Should also be a 3xx patch but it depends on
   200_de-manpages.dpatch according to its comments

  -00list updated accordingly=A0: all 200_ patches uncommented as they
   have to go in 4.0.3-32, patch 312 uncommented as well

 -debian/po/nl.po:

  -new version from the Dutch team (was supposed to be here already
   but I messed up)

 -debian/changelog:

  -includes 4.0.3-31sarge3 changelog entry
   While writing this, I realize that I left the mention of patch 312
   in the -32 changelog entry as it is already applied in -31sarge3
   Should be removed

As all this was a bit complicated, I may have forgotten things here
or there. Please try to review all this if you can.
