Yes :)
Simpler form in polish is Tomek.
Polish Tomasz/Tomek is analog of english Tomas/Tom.

Polish is very simple language .. OK maybe not so easy (for some=20
nation :) but simple on pronouncication level :) (.. construction=20
pronouncication).
Simple .. because sequence charactes on writing level determine (with=20
only few exceptions) how it must be pronounced (it is true for ~99.99=20
cases).

Crossed l is pronuced like begin od english word "what" or "watch".
cz is pronunced like end of english "catch".
So in english "transcription" my family name can be pronounced like=20
"Kwhatchko" :) ("wha" like begining of "whatch" english word :).
