The dutch template is the one sent on the BTS. I've not tried with
po-debconf-display-po, but trust you on this.

regarding #302388, there is a little glitch:
-o is present twice (only the second is the right one).
Not a big deal IMO.

The installed Italian man pages are the same as in the BTS.

The pt_BR is different from the BTS (it was a patch for upstream). But it
seems OK (100% translated, strings present in the submitter report are
present in the source package)
