I guess that it is mainly a review of the translation so it may be
worse in terms of quantity but probably better in terms of quality...

The poor statistics is due to Sorin (and the debian-l10n-romanian
team) using the current Debian file which is still 4.0.3 in unstable
(as recent releases of 4.0.11 and upcoming currently go to
experimental)

As I know the Romanian translators, they will work on the merged file
I sent after Sorin's bug report.

I see an even better possibility actually: merge both..:-)
