newgrp.1 is the only man page not converted to XML. I talked to Tomasz on
IRC about that. The reason is that it could not be automatically converted
to XML because the are two synopsis.

I don't know if it just wasn't possible to convert it to XML, or if the
XML DTD does not allow such a man page.
