Done in 492, which patches debian/login.defs, debian/changelog
debian/NEWS.

Note: in the debian/login.defs, you added another OBSOLETED section.
I think that:
These options are no more handled by PAM.
should be:
These options are no more handled by the shadow suite.

Can you confirm?
