Hello Thomasz,

Here is a patch for the automatic generation of the French man pages.

The French PO has not been reviewed (but I started it with an old one
which was reviewed).

There are probably some issues with the generated man pages, but unless we
try it, we won't know;)

Basically, it:
 * removes the old French pages
 * moves the XML stuff from man/Makefile.am to man/Makefile.am.xml (so I
   can also include this Makefile.am.xml in the French Makefile)
 * generates the POT in the man/po directory
 * adds the fr.po file in man/po
 * adds the update-po in man/Makefile.am (feel free to rewrite it if
   needed)
   Christian, you may also want to have a look at it and give advices.

I will probably have some patches for the man pages later.

Christian, for the Debian package, we will probably have some patches on
the man pages (.XML). I plan to change the rule which generate the POT so
that it merge both upstream and Debian POT. This could avoid (to the
translators) to have to maintain 2 POs, and will avoid the confusion when
a Debian PO is sent upstream. Any thought?
