[Pkg-shadow-devel] Should NAME be translated in localized man pages?

While working on the shadow package, I was puzzled by the huge amount
of warnings outputted by linda about translated man pages.

It indeed turns that linda calls lexgrog...which parses man pages
headers.

Many translated man pages indeed have translated the "NAME" section
name...which confuses lexgrog.

So, is this correct or are these man pages wrong?

I guess the same stands for DESCRIPTION, SYNOPSIS, SEE ALSO, etc.
