IMHO, it should be translated...at least for some languages.

It would be nice if translators who don't have her language here could
file a bug (e.g. ru: #338991)
Maybe lexgrog could use the first .SH section when there is no lang_name
specified.

I don't know of any tools using these sections. If there is none, they
should be translated.
