Yup, I know this, especially since my fellow D-W friends explained me,
but it actually still sounds weird to me and I avoid using it in a
situation where at least one woman is involved.

In fact, I mentally translate this to the french "les gars" (which
probably sounds a bit old-fashioned to many geeks, anyway) and thus I
really can't use "guys" as I know Christine is reading us and is among
the "guys".

Anyway, good holidays to you and your little family, Martin. Enjoy
