Hi!

I think 316089 and 317012 is there because of closing
298883 by chosing chage as an instrument to override
password expiration... :-/

I propose to use `useradd -O PASS_MAX_DAYS=99999`
instead and from my side going to update useradd's
manpage (see bug #304934).
