In fact, it was 4.0.10.
4.0.11.1 should now be easier (I started on the plane, and it should be
committed tonight)

After tonight commits, it will be more than experimental (it is already).
I will try to test the basic functionalities of login, su and
{user,group}{add,del}

If there is no big surprise, it should build with 4.0.11.1, and the basic
functionalities should work.
Then we can probably upload to experimental (with an additional warning in
the changelog? with a notice to debian-devel?)

I will also write a TODO in the experimental branch.
