Hint:
All l10n patches have been commented out in experimental.
As this branch seems to stabilize, it could be the time to reactivate all
of them.

I'm not sure of how this should be done:
 1) apply all patches (program patches, currently not commented out) in
    experimental
 2) update POT and POs
 3) merge the POs from the trunk (after applying all patches) with the
    upstream POs
 4) copy the po directory to a temporary directory
 5) use a new experimental workspace
 6) create new patches for each l10n patches
    (the current patches won't apply, so it is probably easier to just let
    the patch commented out and create a new patch)
    The following steps should work (Christine and Martin may be more
    aware of better quilt practices):
      * go to the right position with quilt push/pop
      * quilt new <patch>
      * quilt add po/<lang>.po
      * copy the <lang>.po file from the temporary directory to the po
        directory
      * quilt refresh
    after that, a big cleanup of the series file will be needed

The resulting patches for l10n should be considerably smaller than in the
trunk.
