A reminder for issues with some updated PO.

The PO for the following languages were updated, but the PO do not match
exactly the submitter one (I'm not speaking about line numbers)
  Tagalog (#310386)
  Traditional Chinese (#311588) (note: only the first PO in the report
                                       must be taken into account)

The PO only differ for 2 strings (lastlog and chpasswd usage).

Also, for the Swedish PO, the chpasswd usage differs (and is fuzzy).

I don't think it is a big issue (IIRC for chpasswd, the POT do not have
the right string, so it will be fuzzy anyway; and both contain really
simple words / untranslated words).
All this will be much easier after merging with upstream.


Otherwise, nothing perticular. I can login, change password, add user,
change user.
The only noticeable change was due to CLOSE_SESSIONS (I'm not used to have
su or login processes).
