OK. You take this task, Martin?

Meaning that we just care to do the commits in the trunk and we leave
you digging in the dirt (and find a place where we got hurt or
something like that, IIRC...:-))) to commit these changes at the Right
Place in experimental.

Poor new list members, you arrive at a time we currently have *three*
branches...:-)

(but fortunately only two versions of the package at this moment)
