Hello,

In the next passwd release, chage will no more consider null expiry fields
as an unset field. So, for example if the 7th field (date after which the
account is disabled) is set to 0, chage will display "01 Jan 1970" instead
of "Never".

However, you must be aware that PAM in Debian is not completely consistent
with this meaning (see #308229), and thus it is recommended to use this
value.
