BTW: this can be fixed now by add run proper quota tool script passwd in
/etc/login.defs::USERDEL_CMD.
But if someone will prepare fix for this on C code level I'll commit this=
=20
to shadow source tree.
/etc/login.defs::USERDEL_CMD script can also remove things like cron/print
jobs.
