[Pkg-shadow-devel] 4.0.3-33 upload imminent

I will soon upload 4.0.3-33. This was not my plan to make an update so
quickly, but the RC bug (even if not affecting sarge) is pushing me
forward.

This update will include a few more fixes, mostly those coming from
3xx and 4xx patches we had in the CVS but did not use in -32.

After that, and with the exception of important and above bugs, which I
intend to fix ASAP, I plan to make one or two updates per month until
we reach the end of easy to fix bugs.
